1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers can cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing it.
- Cancellations must be made via phone at 7607766400.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are prepared or dispatched for delivery.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as unavailability of ingredients, delivery issues, or technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
- Order Canceled Within 10 Minutes: If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
- Service Failure: If we fail to deliver your order due to our mistake, a full refund will be issued.
No Refunds Will Be Issued In The Following Cases:
- If the order is canceled after the 10-minute cancellation window.
- If the food is not consumed immediately after delivery and spoils due to delay in consumption.
- If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or is unavailable at the time of delivery.
3. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
